In loving memory of Charles Robert (Robin) Thoms who passed away quietly at Luther Court in Victoria.
Achieving the rank of Major, Robin served in the Canadian Armed Forces for many years and was part of the peace-keeping forces in Lebanon. After his retirement, Robin was employed by Emergency Preparedness Canada.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah, his four children, Rod, Pam, Sharon and Keren, and his brother, Hamish.
